Non-contact boxing training that provides structure, discipline and a healthy physical outlet. Proven to improve focus, respect and self-esteem, especially for young people who struggle to engage with conventional activities.
Boxing Fitness & Discipline sessions are strictly non-contact and centre on pad work, technique, fitness conditioning and structured discipline. The format gives young people a physical outlet with clear rules, clear structure and a visible sense of progress — qualities that translate directly into behaviour, focus and self-regulation outside the session too.
Sessions are supervised throughout by a qualified coach, with equipment condition checked before every session and technique built up gradually and safely.
A structured physical outlet that channels energy and builds self-regulation.
Visible, achievable progress that builds genuine confidence and respect.
An alternative physical activity for young people who have not connected with traditional PE or sport.
A structured, disciplined routine that supports wider re-engagement goals.
All sessions are strictly non-contact, led by a qualified coach, with equipment condition checks before every session and a first aider present throughout.
As with every L-Fit Pathways provision, Boxing Fitness & Discipline is delivered under the direct oversight of our joint Designated Safeguarding Leads, Adam Byrne and Craig Lloyd, both Level 5 Safeguarding/DSL trained and Enhanced DBS checked, in line with KCSIE 2026 and our full Safeguarding & Compliance framework.
