About L-Fit Pathways

A Different Kind of Learning

“We believe every young person deserves a pathway — no matter where they are starting from.”

Founded by co-directors Adam Byrne and Craig Lloyd, L-Fit Pathways is an alternative provision based in Bootle, Liverpool. We support young people aged 5 to 25 who have not yet found the right environment to thrive — offering structured, compassionate, experience-based learning with safeguarding at the centre of everything we do.

🛡️

Safeguarding First

Every session, referral and record is governed by our Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy, aligned to KCSIE 2026, with two named Designated Safeguarding Leads.

Nature & Animal-Led

Our AAL and Forest School sessions provide a calm, non-judgemental environment where young people build confidence and emotional regulation at their own pace.
